EndoDtec-F™ can be used to uncover bacteria on surfaces, in environmental samples, injectable drugs or medical devices. It is comprised of a 34 amino acid chain (Factor C Sushi peptide) with a rhodamine tag for detection. EndoDtec-F™ has high specificity for gram-negative bacteria and high accuracy for endotoxin. Sushi Δ3 Anti-Sera
EndoBind-R™ affinity chromatography media uses the Sushi Δ3 peptide as a ligand specific for endotoxin. Anti-sera to the peptide allows investigators to perform independent ELISA and Western Blot studies.

EndoBind-R™ is an affinity chromatography media for the removal of endotoxin from a broad range of aqueous solutions including buffers, protein samples, DNA preparations and therapeutic compounds. EndoBind-R™ is effective over a broad range of conditions with no specific equipment or buffer requirements. EndoBind-R™ comes in 1 ml and 5 ml pre-packed columns and in 10 ml bulk media aliquots. EndoBind-R™ is also available in a disposable, single-use format.

EndoZap-R™
EndoZap-R™ is non-toxic and can be used as an anti-microbial. Anti-microbials are capable of destroying the bacteria or inhibiting pathogenic actions.
