EndoPrep™
EndoPrep™ is a sample treatment system to remove the inhibitory or enhancing effects of proteins, peptides, or antibodies in endotoxin assays. EndoDtec-F™
EndoDtec-F™ can be used to uncover bacteria on surfaces, in environmental samples, injectable drugs or medical devices. It is comprised of a 34 amino acid chain (Factor C Sushi peptide) with a rhodamine tag for detection. EndoDtec-F™ has high specificity for gram-negative bacteria and high accuracy for endotoxin. Sushi Δ3 Anti-Sera
EndoBind-R™ affinity chromatography media uses the Sushi Δ3 peptide as a ligand specific for endotoxin. Anti-sera to the peptide allows investigators to perform independent ELISA and Western Blot studies.

EndoBind-R™ has high binding strength for endotoxin. This multi-purpose product covers a broad range of conditions with no specific equipment or buffer requirements. EndoBind-R™ effectively removes endotoxins from aqueous samples. EndoBind-R™ comes in 1 ml and 5 ml pre-packed columns and in 10 ml bulk media aliquots.

EndoZap-R™ is non-toxic and can be used as an anti-microbial. Anti-microbials are capable of destroying the bacteria or inhibiting pathogenic actions.
